More than 25 years of experience in the practice of hydrogeology specializing in numerical modeling of groundwater flow, and contaminant fate and transport. Jon has provided litigation support, including providing expert testimony and authoring expert witness reports. Jon has extensive experience in hydrologic and geologic investigation and site assessment with a particular emphasis geologic characterization, fate and transport in groundwater. He has published and has been an invited conference speaker on subjects including modeling and geologic complexity, groundwater modeling of natural attenuation processes, and dissolution of non-aqueous-phase liquids. Jon obtained his PhD from the Department of Civil Engineering at Princeton University where his graduate work included both numerical modeling and laboratory analysis. His undergraduate work was completed in the Department of Geological Engineering at the Missouri University of Science and Technology. He worked for the United States Geological Survey (USGS) prior to his career in environmental consulting.
