About Dan O'Dell

Dan and Maria ODell have 3 children and 6 grandchildren. Dan is originally from Rochester New York and moved to Kansas City in 1990. Maria is a native of Kansas City. They live in Overland Park Kansas and have operated since 1995 Group ODell, a highly successful residential real estate team headquartered in Overland Park Kansas. They are active in a variety of community causes including Christ Community Church, the Hope Center, Habitat for Humanity and the Great American Basketball League Foundation. Maria currently serves on the board of the Kansas City Area Development Council (KCADC) and has previously served two terms on the KCADC Advisory Council. She is also a former board member of Safe Home. Group ODell is a proud investor with KCADC since 2015. We are also 21- year members of the Brain Buffini organization (groupodell.com/buffini) and facilitate yearly small business training produced by Buffini and Company. Group ODell has been in the top ten of real estate teams in the metro area for well over a decade serving over 300 families a year.
