My life experience includes over thirty years of diverse work and life experiences. I have dedicated my entire working adult life to pursuing education, earning an associate and bachelor’s degree while serving in the United States Marine Corps. I earned a Bachelor of Science in Human Resource Development from the University of South Alabama and an Associate of Science from the University of South Carolina. While working as an entrepreneur in the insurance and financial services industry, I earned an MBA in Accounting and a doctorate. I am committed to lifelong education and have served in various capacities at Kaplan University and Kaplan University School of Professional and Continuing Education, providing online instruction to undergraduate and graduate professionals in accounting, finance, insurance, and risk management.
