For over three decades, Grover Bynum has provided public affairs counsel to corporations, entrepreneurs, and policymakers around the globe.As an association professional and corporate advocate, Mr. Bynum fostered brand loyalty, stakeholder awareness, and shared objective between the private and public sectors. As an international consultant, he has worked to expand that shared objective to benefit constituents, customers, stakeholders, and the communities they share. In the U.S. and Europe, Mr. Bynum promoted technology interests, serving as a key industry liaison to the U.S. Congress and Executive Branch during the 1996 Telecom Act and formative broadband, net neutrality, and spectrum allocation initiatives; participating in U.S., WTO, and EU technology negotiations; advocating strategic initiatives and reform; and supporting M&A activities.In Latin America, he developed brand integration, executive outreach, and community reception strategies to support merger activities and entrepreneurs in the pursuit of competitive communications licenses. In Southeast Asia, Mr. Bynum advised the region’s most prominent leaders in government and business on legacy development, international perception and relationship management, crisis mitigation and community awareness campaigns, social responsibility initiatives and partnerships, peer-to-peer mentor programs, policy and political integration, and communications capacity building.In his hometown of Austin, Texas, he designed and implemented mechanisms, developed partnerships, and obtained funding to strengthen, integrate, and leverage innovation ecosystems to achieve economic development objectives. Over the last seveal years Mr. Bynum has worked with commuities, candidates, and economic development organizations to priortize policies that support resiliance, inclusion, and recovery for an evolving American workforce. To fulfill his commitment to community growth through diversity and individual expression, Mr. Bynum initiates and supports projects promoting local design and arts communities.
