50MW Solar Power Project in Tadipatri, Kurnool

•Commissioning of 50 MWp Solar PV Power Project including commissioning of First Solar Modules, Solar Inverters ,Vacuum Circuit Breaker (VCB) ,33 kV Transformer & Data Logger .•D.C Side : Erection, Testing & Commissioning of Solar Modules, Mounting Structures, A.J.B & Solar Inverters. •Erection, Testing & Commissioning of 132KV Switchyard.•Coordination between project members and the support departments with vendors and contractors.•Conduct and coordinate Issue Resolution, meetings with vendors, Capital Purchase and Contract Management, Vendor Development, Negotiation and Follow-up. •Project Schedule Preparation.•Kick Off Meeting with Various Suppliers and freezing Cash Flow , Organisation Chart, Resourse ( Manpower, Equipment ) mobilization.•Continue follow up with suppliers and service providers and facilitate them for their on time payments to achieve predefined goals and objective on schedule.•Planning and monitoring progress of orders, organizing progress review meeting with team and vendors ensuring projects within schedule time, cost and quality parameters.•Material Management at site for smooth execution of the project without delay.•Commissioned Country biggest project.

I was working as an Asst. Manager - (Solar Division). I executed 800KWp Solar Power Project for Chandra Leela Power Energy Pvt. Ltd., Jaipur & 2MWp Solar Power Project for RV Aakash Ganga Infrastructure Ltd., Roorkee . I have Commissioned both plant & done all kinds of tasks like Structure Assembly, Module Installation, Cabling of all Strings,Junction Box ,D.C. Cabling & A.C. Cabling, Installation of Transformer, H.T. & LT, Metering Cubical, Cabling of H.T. & L.T. Panel, Transformer & Metering Cubical.

I was working in CMKL as a Sr. Design & Development Engineer. It is a LT Panel & Diesel Generator Manufacturer Company. I was looking there Designing & Development of LT Panel. Also support to Production, Costing, Purchase Department & also visit to Sites for Installation, Commissioning of LT Panels.
