Thoughts : 1. Personal attention is a must... small enough to listen and big enough to serve2. Time in the market counts. People know that you are in it for the long haul. 3.Work for the customer. The money inevitably follows as a consequence 4. Words should be soft-if you have to eat them it shouldn't cause indigestion.5.Don't burn bridges - you may need to cross them again 6. If you have the time, I have the patience. 7. I deeply appreciate my principals and customers who understand my style of working. Most have been with me for the better part of my career..8. I have been blessed with colleagues who have trusted me,borne me with patience, collaborated freely, loved me unconditionally,been loved unconditionally, transacted honestly and paid unerringly :) . 9. Always appreciate colleagues who work with you. They are the reason you can focus on the customer,the reason you can acquire new knowledge and the reason you can explore new avenues. 10. The next decades of my career are the most fruitful. I am able to deploy what I have accumulated as learnings over 3 decades.11. Be generous and forgiving..it all comes back undoubtedly in ways you least expect and definitely when you need it the most.12.You can manifest what you want… provided you really know what you want.13.
