I have a range of Commercial and Project Management experience working on and managing high profile international projects. My background is as an MRICS Chartered Quantity Surveyor and Chartered Project Manager so I apply the fundamental qualities from my experience in to all facets of my roles. I have permanent residency status is both the UK and Australia but have worked all over the world and have adapted to a number of challenging environments and cultures through my career.Previously working in the Residential, Commercial, Leisure and Mixed-use sectors I have more recently focussed on the Sport and Major Events projects including the delivery of Commonwealth, European and Olympic Games, FIFA World Cups and iconic stadiums. I have provided independent consultancy services for feasibility through to project completion to both clients and contractors for Pan-American, Summer and Winter Olympic Games and Commonwealth Games, FIFA men’s and women’s world cups and a World Expo whilst also working on other high profile international events, sports venues and world class multi-purpose arenas. I have been lucky enough to work with and learn from many talented and interesting colleagues, clients and fellow consultants and I am continuing to gain experience which is helping me to perform all project activities whilst focussing on delivery driven results.
