I’ll always be grateful for my HR Team Lead experience in the US ARMY because it taught me commitment, leadership, HR knowledge, teamwork, and how to contribute to just causes. The Eighth US ARMY commands all United States Army forces in South Korea. The 188th US Military Police, a part of the Eighth US ARMY, plays a critical role in enhancing security in the southern region of the country through their expertise in law enforcement, policing, detainment, and stability operations.As the HR Team Lead, I oversaw various aspects of HR operations, including recruitment coordination, onboarding, training and development, and performance management. Through hard work and dedication, I was promoted to Operation Associate and was recognized for my commitment to the organization.
