My commercial experience is almost exclusively in the fields of strategic marketing or organisational change, particularly, the development of cultures that enable and empower people. Even my marketing approach places people at the centre of strategies, they are after all the fundamental point of differentiation.The focus is on identifying and releasing the unrealised potential that often exists in businesses, and their people (usually the result of a focus on 'doing what we do' rather than, 'what else can, should, might, we do').That approach has been successful in transforming businesses and enterprises across multiple industry sectors, and with large corporate clients, high growth SME's, and start-ups. Over the years, I've had the good fortune to have worked with, and coached, some of the world's leading companies, and possibly some of its smallest!A High Growth East Midlands coach since the start of the programme in 2006, I coached the 2009 High Growth Business of the Year to success, and have made at least three business owners millionaires (at least on paper!).My extra specialist expertise, and particular talent, is in identifying and implementing simple strategies that exploit the real capital that often lies, unrealised, in a business or enterprise.Specialties: Positioning and Business Strategy, High Growth, Effective Employee Engagement and Performance Management, Talent Management, Succession planning, Executive coaching, Leadership and team development.
