• Identify and recruit prospective international students and other higher education partners (i.e. schools, agencies, colleges, and universities, etc.) to KPU.• Maintain a Customer Relationship Management (CRM) database to track prospective international students and follow-up as necessary. • Develop and implement effective strategies, materials, and processes to encourage prospective international students to apply to KPU. Use extensive knowledge of regional markets to implement marketing and recruitment strategies within identified markets.• Evaluate, manage and approve applications, review and verify documentation to assess eligibility for admission, and assist with, and perform registration• Evaluate open and limited intake applications to determine eligibility for admission and ensure proper processing of such applications.• Advise new international students on registration procedures and provide assistance to international students during pre-registration and registration, resolving problems such as computer data errors, prerequisite checking, timetable conflicts, and changes.• Issues official letters, including Offer Letters, Letters of Acceptance, Immigration Letters, and more.• Manage fee payments and contracts, and other financial matters, for ongoing programs and sponsored international students.• Liaise with internal stakeholders and various external federal and provincial government agencies to discuss and provide accurate, updated international admissions and registration information.• Prepare reports, draft correspondence related to international admissions and registration information.

• Advise and provide general support to potential international applicants regarding KPU programs, admissions, registration, and other student services.• Verify, update, and maintain student records including information/data relating to study permits, 3rd party waivers, agent authorization, testing (IELTS and TOEFL), high school and post-secondary transcripts, and registration information.• Draft routine correspondence such as emails, reports, forms, letters, certificates, outlines, and memos and distribute them to students, staff, and others as needed.• Prepare materials for and assist with information sessions, events and special functions.

• Liaise with both local and international student recruitment agencies andassociations in the assigned market.• Organize and attend international educational events or agent fairs to recruit new students from the assigned market.• Create, optimize, and maintain marketing campaigns in international markets across social media, Naver blog, and Mailchimp platform.• Maintain appropriate and accurate electronic and paper records of all student documents and applications.• Update student files to be compliant with PTIB / Language Canada standards.• Assist international students in making academic, personal-social, and environmental adjustments to the campus and community life.
