About Steph Hinds

I want business owners to kick-arse. I decided to become an accountant because I wanted to help shape the future of small businesses in Australia. Everyday I get to have a bucket load of fun challenging small business owners to think outside the box, help them grow, challenge them to push the boundaries even further and ultimately kick-arse. I LOVE solving problems and helping people acheive success. I'm passionate about technology and using it to #banadmin in your business as well as giving you the data you need when making business decisions. I'm also madly passionate about the accounting industry. I love answering questions & I love helping accountants. I’m obsessed with improvement (of myself and Growthwise) so I’m always reflecting on what I would do differently if I had my time again. So I'm embarking on some new projects aimed at helping accountants.
