Established in 2013, Consumer Advocates of the PJM States, Inc. (CAPS), is a non-profit organization whose members represent over 61-million consumers in the 13 PJM states and the District of Columbia. Regulatory rules vary greatly across the state jurisdictions, but in each the electricity costs paid by consumers is at least partly determined by the tariff and rules under which PJM operates. Engagement by CAPS at PJM is necessary to ensure that consumers' voices are heard.

As part of my responsibilities I monitor and advocate for the progressive evolution and development of energy market rules in MISO, including involvement in MISO committee and sub-committee meetings. In addition, I monitor and advocate on behalf of energy market development at state-level meetings in in all Midwest States.

•Responsible as Team Lead for comprehensive utility litigation before the Public Utilities Commission of Ohio, including policy issues, analytical issues, and settlement negotiations (electric and water).
