·        Ensure all spares received are inspected with applicable airworthiness documentation support from authorized sources.·        Ensure that defective and unapproved materials and spares are not accepted into the bonded stores.·        Ensure all components came from repaired and exchange are complied with SB, AD, SIL and EOD in accordance with latest issuance and revision.·        Ensure all items/components after received and inspected are been entered in AMOS System and been certified prior to issuance.   ·        Received and review of shop visit report of incoming Engines, Auxiliary Power Unit and Landing Gears to ensure all necessary data and information are complete and comply  In accordance with Oman Air requirements.·        Check FAA/EASA/Authorized Release Certificates and physical inspection of the spares.·        Monitoring and generating shelf life report on daily basis and coordinating monthly forecast expiring items/components.·        Inspect the airworthiness of the item/components that has to be used with the aircraft and control shelf life of all items the stores and arrange timely replacements/replenishments.·        Handling and responsible for Archiving all receipt and accepted airworthiness documentation. ·        Reviewing and retrieving of components airworthiness documentation for components return and leased return aircrafts required and advice by Technical Records.·        Assisting technical support and query from various engineering section for aircraft sparesDocumentation.      ·        Has excellent knowledge of AMOS and working on various modules in AMOS.

• Assisting the Stores Controllers, Supply- and AOG-Duty Officers in the process of performing all the activities related to warehouse & logistics section.• Supporting the main store AOG desk in planning and sourcing of spares, tools and materials.• Dispatch of aircraft materials, tooling and equipment as per shipping request.• Dispatch and handling of Dangerous Goods as per requirement. (CAT-1, 8 & 9 DG Certified)• Receipt of items from Receipt section.• Verification of item with respect to good receipt note/quality tag.• Acceptance of item and transfer of item into stock.• Binning of item in location. Maintenance of store/bin master data.• Updating and maintenance of electronic/physical store record like bin card/On-Off register/loan register/tool register etc.• Storage of items as recommended by regulatory authority, SSPM/MOE and other relevant documentation.• Maintenance of temperature and humidity control registers.• Issue of items to users after verification of proper authorization.• Follow with engineering for return of 'off' rotable.• Regular verification of asset/stock with respect to bin card/IMS.• Monitoring of shelf life/storage life/calibration period.• To ensure that no item is kept in store without proper tag/life.• Stock transfer to other location on receipt of the request and follow up till get transferred in to that location.

• Carrying out of inspection of new receipt items with its relevant order & documents and issue of tags for the items and kept in the Bonded Store or Quarantine Store.• Carrying out of inspection of tools kept in the Tools Stores for serviceability & responsible for issue of tags for the components.• Monitoring & maintaining the temperature & humidity record on daily basis.• Quarantine inspection of all parts awaiting disposal.• Inspection of the outgoing items as per the stores transfer procedure.• Periodic inspection of all parts to determine the serviceability with COSL/relevant documents as per stores procedure.• Ensure all tools and equipment’s held in stores are in serviceable condition and also to ensure periodic checks/calibration are adhered to as per the laid down procedures.• Monitoring self-life of stock items.• Maintaining the record of core/component removal.• Export core items against exchange to respective vendors through DHL.

• Feeding the daily utilization of the subject aircraft doing night halt.• Posting GRN’s & data entry.• Responsible for keeping the manual updated as per current revisions as per quality procedures.• Maintaining the record of component removal & ON HOLD items.• Monitoring & maintaining the temperature & humidity record on daily basis.• Monitoring self-life of stock items.• Functions of storing, quarantine, issuing & dispatching a/c items to support the fleet.• Making GRN of received material & the incoming inspection done.• Assisting in vendor support for rotable & consumable float to support KFA maintenance. • Assisting preparing daily work packages.• Any other duty as instructed by reporting manager.
