- Serve as the trusted adviser to Field Team on all deal-related matters, advise the team on alternative contract options, and/or value proposition to help drive deal closures.- Manage the day-to-day quote management, pricing approvals, ensuring compliance with published sales and business approval policies.- Provide proactive support and guidance to the Field Team to help drive new deals as well as up-sell opportunities.- Collaborate with impacted parties to identify acceptable options to facilitate deal closure- Assist to interpret contractual language and escalate to ensure deals comply with revenue recognition and operational policies according to Volume Licensing.- Maintain and enforce agreed-upon departmental review, KPIs and approval SLAs- Develop and drive initiatives to improve productivity, deal desk improvements, company deal policies and simplifying processes throughout the Sales Operations and Sales Organization- Run end of period cadence to effectively manage resources and provide appropriate visibility/escalations- Partner with Sales Operations on process/system improvements, sales enablement and special projects- Deliver relevant training to new and existing salespeople on a deal desk, order processes and overall QTC best practices.

- Resolution of customer's disputes. Going from the initial stage to the resolution of the dispute, maintain the SLA and good quality of the resolution.- Keep track of solved disputes, maintaining the level of customer's satisfaction.- Working on a daily basis with SAP Tool, COSMIC CRM, Outlook and Office package (word, Excell, PowerPoint,...).- Forecast and reports of solved disputes.- Reports and proactive contacting third parties to avoid future disputes.- Liaising with sales on a weekly basis in order to manage monthly suspensions and closures of unpaid accounts- Weekly Cash/Risk reporting and forecasting

- Responsible for maintaining strict service levels (SLAs) with client activities- Responsible for Processing a range of contracts and orders for Microsoft from validation and entry right through to Audit stage.- Reviewing Agreements and Orders to ensure all legal requirements are met and documentation is complete.- Enforcing an expert level of understanding current revenue recognition guidelines as established by Finance & compliant with Sox procedure- Complete analysis and investigation of queries related to specific Microsoft Business Programs, Orders and Contracts within the agreed service level, working to a deadline in an extremely busy environment.- Billing, credits and rebills- Validating contractual information, entering and coordinating Agreements/Orders/Letters.- Daily basis work in COSMIC CRM and SAP TOOL, also Microsoft Office Package (excel, word, outlook, PowerPoint …).
