I've been involved in the fashion industry most of my adult life. After graduating from the University of Washington with a BA in marketing, I took a position with Nordstrom, a company who I worked with as a sales associate while attending college. I have always been drawn to fashion and was thrilled when I was offered the position as the Couture buyer as I got to see the world traveling to many different countries to attend the shows.After I retired, my plan was to settle in my hometown of Seattle and live the good life. However, I missed working, so I started my own brand. Now, 6 years later, my company is highly profitable, and I'm loving what I do.
