I'm a hands-on, highly technical CTO with a background in software engineering. My 20-year journey from junior dev, to Principal, to CTO gives me the skills and experience to know what it takes to deliver well tested, scalable, maintainable software. I specialise in helping companies in their digital transformation journey from any starting point, building high performing, happy engineering teams.I'm a strong advocate of servant leadership, I lead by example and am as comfortable writing code as I am setting engineering strategy.Above all I want to work with great people, solve interesting problems and make sure that the workplace is a safe space that fosters ideas from the most junior to the most senior contributor.
