Supply Technician
CurrentM1 Support Services Trainer Maintenance Contract• Conducts all transactions between the maintenance organization and Base Supply, and ensures compliance with applicable regulations.• Utilizing available Management Information System resources such as IMDS, FEDLOG/WEBFLIS, EESOH-MIS for research prior to ordering supplies and equipment from Base Supply.• Monitors and ensures compliance with Re-useable Container Program, Precious Metals Program, Hazardous Waste Accumulation Point and Hazmat/Shelf Life programs.• Create and maintain computer generated or manual forms to monitor and/or expedite parts on order.Properly mark these forms as DIFM, DLR, Field Level Repair and etc. for control.• Upgrade priorities when required by training degradation or critical limits.• Process proper paperwork to ensure issuance of parts for the performance of Time ComplianceTechnical Orders (TCTO).• Order tools through Base Supply as initial issue or from the company appointed tool dealer forreplacements.• Maintain a computer database of all Government Furnished Equipment (GFE).• Process all applicable forms for the issue/turn-in of Custodian Authorization/Receipt Product (CA/CRL)items.• Ensure all Two Level Maintenance (2LM) and Lean Logistics items are processed in accordance withapplicable directives.• Research, validate and properly process all request for purchase with the company “P” card program.Reconcile all credit card accounts monthly.• As applicable monitor all O&M budget expenditures for supplies and equipment and report expenditures to the Program Manager, COR and Contracting Officer.• Verify, research and order MICAP parts through IMDS or other appropriate procurement methods.• Process items turn-in in accordance with aircraft reclamation save lists.• Utilize Base Supply computer generated reports such as the D04, M30, and D18 in accordance withdirectives.
