I’m the CEO at Cloudsmith, helping build a great company.Before that - I was Chief Customer Officer at Twilio for 4 amazing years.Before that - I was a co-founder at Appirio, one of the world's first large-scale consulting partners to Salesforce and the other SaaS pioneers like Workday and Google G Suite. I built the consulting team, and served as CTO and CIO. We started the company in 2006, and eventually sold for $500M in 2016 to Wipro, where I stayed on through 2019.Before that - I was VP of global customer support for two public enterprise software companies, and was a professional services consultant. Before that - BS and MS in Computer Science, U.S. Naval Academy graduate (class of 1990), and former P-3C Orion naval flight officer.Before that - born & raised in Stony Brook, NY, and proud alumnus of Ward Melville High School. Learned to code on a Commodore PET, then got a Commodore 64, which was life-changing.
