Led creation of the Casa Ispirata brand, which included naming, branding, design language and visual creative.Responsible for product design and development for each of the brand’s products, which included thirty items and 125 SKUs at launch. Built the brand’s strategic plan, costing system, SKU system and maintain responsibility for its P&L and its distribution and sales. Within six months of its launch, Casa Ispirata was floored in four Top-100 retailers and currently services more than thirty additional retailers and interior designers. In 2020, tapped to lead the creation of a second brand, Cavalletto Home, which leverages the parent company’s Italian design team. The High Point showroom represented the company’s first showroom relocation in more than 40 years and the first ever relocation of its corporate headquarters.Created the Heritage Collection, which made its debut at the October 2013 High Point International Home Furnishings Market. The Heritage Collection was comprised of vintage Stanley Furniture from the 1950s and 1960s that was purchased from antiques sources around the country and brought back to the company’s Virginia facility where it was completely restored and certified before re-introduction.
