Grzegorz Duda is an experienced conference organizer, including Devoxx Poland, which gathers 2,700 participants and has hosted several editions, previously known as 33rd Degree. He is also a co-organizer of the DevConf conference in Łódź and has served as the leader of the Polish Java User Group (PJUG) while co-organizing the Geecon conference. At the beginning of his career, he worked as a programmer and later as a team leader. Grzegorz was also the founder and publisher of the online magazine Java exPress and introduced the unConference format to Poland under the name COOLuary.
