I dealt with all wedding inquiries, from initial contact right the way through to completion. As the main point of contact for wedding clients, I conducted wedding show a rounds and maintained all paperwork and filing concerned with weddings.I took every effort to maximize room capacity and revenue for the hotel while ensuring that wedding clients were fully satisfied with their service. I worked closely with the General Manager and Director of Sales to ensure that all departments were aware of wedding bookings and associated considerations.
