Profile bio

About Karthik Ganapathi Subramanian

I am interested in thought leadership and strategizing the path to a net-zero electricity grid, especially for growing economies, to choose the best possible energy generation portfolio while maintaining high grid reliability. Besides thought leadership, I am also interested in understanding the implementation challenges governments and industries face in decarbonizing operations. Understanding the multiple-faceted nature of the hurdles decelerating the energy transition keeps me up at night. Co-host of Lux Reserch's Innovation Matters Podcast. Outside of work, I am happy to talk about food, podcasts, why Liverpool F.C. is the greatest football club in the world, and why Max Verstappen is an excellent racer.
