 Supervision and overall responsibilities of all matter related to sales expenses/ SP Commission/Handling/ TPC, primary & secondary transportation/ Depot expenses/ Entry Tax payments/ Advertisement/ TCS Depot, Office, Godown Rent/ MIS Report/ Other misc. work. Checking and passing of all related vouchers. Major role playing after acquisition of New plant Reliance Cement Company (P) Ltd regarding commercial as well as sales account & handling all regional level working. Coordinating in maintaining statutory books of accounts and reconciliation of financial statements in compliance with the norms. Direct interaction with Government contractors, Corporate Customers (SEZ), Builders, Civil and Road contractors etc. and through dealers also.  Providing various discounts to all dealers & sub dealers as per approved policies of company. Preparing offer letter for Non-trade parties and finalizing Non-Trade order with parties. Maintaining MIS & reports entailing budgeting, turnover, customer outstanding and collection statement; evaluating them for facilitating decision-making process, conducting ageing analysis with an aim to keep receivables under control. Preparing & providing incentive to all concern employees of MP region.  Process documents related to appointment of new stockiest. MIS & other work assigned from time to time/ required by management.
