- Responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of the consumer supporting voice/chat, by leading and managing the teams to provide best customer service experience, ensuring that the team is being measured and coached in accordance with their job requirements, metrics, and policies. - Research and analyze customer-specific payments, adjustments, delinquencies, and creditworthiness to identify root cause issues and implement preventative action plans.

- Day-to-day team management in accordance with requirements and KPIs.- Daily analysis of management reports to identify new work orders, obtain status updates on upcoming due dates and confirmation of completed repairs.- Ensure acquired properties are repaired timely and in line with Amherst standards, approved budget, and service level timelines.- Assist in the day-to-day field and customer service operations of different Amherst branch offices.

- Create and accurately complete complex travel requests for high touch dedicated account. - Act as a trusted advisor by offering informed and insightful recommendations to provide the best traveler experience in every situation. - Respond to requests promptly, completely, and professionally. - Assist the team and other team members in resolving problems, learning and research.

- Lead projects from schematic design through construction administration by refining concepts, developing drawings, and working with team members on small to medium scale residential and commercial projects. - Work independently to manage the full range of architectural services. - Maintain team progress and meeting project deliverables and deadlines from contract with client.
