Management of the company at a national and international level in all matters concerning the administrative, financial, operations and commercial areas, reporting to the Board of Directors, development of new services, compliance with the assigned sales budgets, establishment of Kpi'´s to the different areas of the company, development and approval of special negotiations, commercial support to the commercial manager, search for allies and referrers.

Fulfillment of the budgets assigned by the company,give commercial and administrative support to Partners, Management of thesouthern area of the city (Envigado, Itagüí, Caldas, La estrella andSabaneta). Obtaining investors interested in being Partners of Movistar,Procurement of points of sale, training of sales forces, support for corporateand individual visits, development of proposals for business hand in handwith commercial agents.

Management of the company in the region ofAntioquia in everything concerning to the administrative and commercialareas, report to the General Management and Board of Partners, compliancewith the budgets assigned by the company, establishment of budgets to thedifferent commercial areas of the company, development and approval ofspecial negotiations, management of the bank account of the regional,control of the administrative area in the processes of money management,closures of boxes, inventories, legalization of sales contracts, among others.Commercial support to the directors of stores and business lines in proposalsand approvals of negotiations, support to the sales forces in field work.
