I was a member of EY Americas Financial Services leadership responsible for scaling the Systems Integration practice, which doubled in two years to $600M. I oversaw a combined US and Global Delivery team of 5000+ resources, managed a leadership team of 40+ Partner/Principles, drove the revenue and profit contribution of the practice, set the GTM and Capabilities strategy, and delivered market-leading growth. In parallel, I built deep GTM Partnerships with key technology firms - including SAP, Microsoft, ServiceNow, Dell, and Pega.

I was responsible for the Revenue performance of IBM North American Banking and Financial Markets across multiple service lines. I directly oversaw all account teams, solution sellers, market makers, and alliance GTM teams. I set the GTM strategy of the business and I was accountable for overall revenue growth, forecast accuracy, large account relationship growth, and relative performance to peer organizations. During my time in role the business grew a modest 3% CAGR, but the company overall was shrinking double digits in that same time period.

I was responsible for the overall relationship with Citigroup across multiple service lines. In role I set the relationship strategy, growth targets, and sales motions each year. During the four years in role, Citi grew almost 50% to become the largest account at that time. The primary growth areas were services, including AO, BPO, SI, and Advisory. In addition to managing the relationship, I was primary pursuit leader on all large and complex deals, including multiple contracts in execess of $100M TCV.

I was a member of the Americas Financial Services Technology Practice leadership, responsible for the expansion of the IT Strategy & Advisory practice, which tripled in four years to $150M in revenues. In parallel, I was a leader of the Fannie Mae account team, and helped build that to the largest account at the time, with a $100M+ run rate.

I was a Managing Director in the Enterprise Business Unit focused on several top accounts.
