- Led the planning, full-stack implementation and deployment of EnergySage’s first adjacent product offering. Delivered a completely new marketplace with no major regressions at launch. Managed timelines and expectations for internal Product, Design and Revenue stakeholders.- Enhanced our core features (quote wizard/quote comparison) to increase quote volume and lead conversion.- Supported a full codebase upgrade to Python 3. Made it possible to test in a production-like validation environment and led user acceptance testing.- Mentored junior engineers and established a culture of pair programming.

- Made selling and fulfilling quality glasses easier by overhauling solutions for cataloging, validating and accessing customer and product data. Made it easier to update and use the backends handling these duties by breaking complex features entangled in our software monolith out into microservices.- Delivered improvements to our retail frontend experience such as a React/Redux retail performance monitoring dashboard for the POS we used in 50+ stores. Added the ability to access our telemedicine solution from our in-store POS.- Integrated the telemedicine solution and admin+POS backend, adding API endpoints and scheduled tasks so as to automate order processing, transcription, and reporting. Worked with our ops team to improve the stability of that integration.- Made it possible to automate balancing of variants in A/B tests running on the customer-facing web frontend.

- Improved the accessibility and ease of use of a patient and doctor facing bookings, dashboard, and care history flows in an Electronic Health Record suite.- Released and supported a care history serialization and import feature across two major version releases, acting as the technical liaison for the rollout of this feature to a major (>30K patients) client.- Mentored junior engineers on company convention, best development practices, and VCS/collaboration patterns.

- Led software development of an inertial sensor test bed, creating solutions for high-speed data acquisition, real-time and post processing, configuration management, and environmental control for units under test.- Implemented simulation tests for a proposed autonomous underwater vehicle.
