  My work as the Data Technical Manager involves providing technical expertise and direction to design, develop, and implement use of data in organized teams to advance the organization’s mission. I am mainly involved with the acquisition and management of big datasets and their transformation into useful information. I am responsible for the design and implementation of the overall data structure, its support and regulation.Some of my responsibilities include working closely with the stakeholders to understand the business requirements, defining the data strategy, and providing alignment to the organizational objectives on the nuts and bolts of the technical solutions. I directly supervise and manage a team of data engineers, analysts, and scientists to develop quality, timely, and maximum-value solutions within cost constraints. Optimization of data processes and adherence to organizational and legal guidelines are also within my purview to perform.My goal is to apply a focus on new technologies and ideas to the problem-solving of difficult data issues. To support my clients I have successfully implemented advanced analytics and Data & ML solutions and supported organizational culture change for constant enhancement. Organizational success is my goal, and for this reason, I will engage data and technology strategically.The opportunities of applying Generational AI (Gen AI) to Data Platforms are given in the paradigmatic impact on data processing, analysis, and decision-making in various domains that will stimulate innovation and effectiveness of data applications.
