Singapore

• Led a project on measuring transaction cost of starting a business. Worked in collaboration with the Ronald Coase Institute, USA. The project focused on: concepts, operational measures, preparing and interpreting.
• Led the project on measuring the cost of registering a new business for firms in Singapore. The newly developed methodology was extended to measure transaction cost of securing premises, hiring staff, buying equipment.
• Coordinated between multiple vendors across different countries as a business analyst on behalf of the institute.
• Provided research assistance for the paper “ICT as a source of economic growth in the information age: Empirical evidence from the 1996–2005 period” published in Telecommunications Policy, authored by Prof. Vu Minh.
• Achieved operational cost savings of Singapore Dollars 18755 within a month.
• Secured previously unavailable database quickly, thus economising time.

• Developed reports assessing market volatility used by the State and the Reserve Bank of India; Banks used these reports for implementation of policies related to interest rates, currency and commodity markets.
• Produced daily stock market updates and weekly interest updates on domestic and international economies and companies under coverage; Compiled large quantity of data from various sources with significant variability.
