Participation in projects for the main market players in the industries of Technology, Media and Telecommunications, and of Manufacturing, Consumer Business, Energy & Resources, in several competency areas:⚫ Sales and productivity increase in a retail network to standardize the performance between stores and retailers, through the introduction of best practices and sustainability mechanisms. Developed and led the project from start-to-finish, with positive results in sales growth, sales efficacy rate and gross sales per store.⚫ Business process outsourcing for operational management of contact centers, managing a staff team of 5, with the purpose of supporting the Client’s service providers in the operational management of its 2 Contact Centers with a total of 20 distinct service lines and about 500 call center agents, totalizing circa 3 million contacts per year and nearly 1 million back-office tasks processed.Founded in 2003, Maksen focused its activity on providing strategic, operational, information systems and network engineering consulting services divided into four divisions - Consulting, Technology, Engineering, and Outsourcing - to provide services across all industries.Recurrently distinguished by international organizations such as European Business Awards or the Great Place to Work Institute for ‘Best workplace for young people’ (2010, 2011, 2012 and 2013), it was the first consulting firm in Portugal to obtain both ISO9001 and ISO27001 certifications.Growth and market recognition over the years was due to a creative and innovative consultancy strongly oriented to getting results shared under the tag line "We make it happen”.
