As Founder/CEO, one of my proudest career highlights was architecting, growing & scaling PROD4ever’s business plan ('04 - '13), ultimately steering the synergistic sale to Icon Tech Studio in 2013. I continue to drive the next-stage evolution of Icon's dynamic operating business plan & organizational structure post integration of PROD4ever & the recent 2020 acquisition of an Australian-based music tech agency. I serve as the company's Executive Growth Strategist, leading the identification, evaluation & activation of new domestic & international M&A transaction opportunities & alliances. Notably, over the last decade, my Board work has further fueled my passion for civic/social service, specifically impacting underserved people facing severe inequalities. As Board Chairman of The Ally Coalition since 2014, I have had the incredible opportunity to steer fundraising & awareness via artist music tours, social media, grass roots campaigns & collaborative partnerships, which have produced 2M+ in donations supporting LGBTQ organizations & 1M+ socks to U.S. homeless shelters to-date.
