My Job responsibilities involves being a part of client meets before any sign up, understanding the manpower requirement & setting timelines for the Team & short listings profiles sourced by the sourcing team, coordinating with the client, Negotiate salaries with the candidates, Handling Escalations, adherence to close the positions within TAT, being responsible for meeting up the Team Targets. Conducting inductions and processing offer letters for the new employees, being cost effective, Prepare and maintain monthly reports, analyze recruitment statistics. Handling all requirements and setting timelines for delivery across locations. Maintaining accounts movement, progress and delivery, as well as Weekly and Monthly MIS. Also responsible for sourcing & successfully achieved the smooth transitioning of Retention & Collection Processes. Establishment of long-term relationship with both the existing and new key clients by developing target oriented strategies for retention as well as acquisition of “key” clients thus assisting peers, subordinates and seniors in achieving the desired goal of the company.Specialties: HR Planning , Temp & Contract staffing, FOS recruitments,Leadership , Team handling
