Created and executed effective marketing partnerships to increase awareness and viewership of marquis programming events such as NCAA March Madness and “CNN Heroes”. Conducted regular brainstorming sessions with distributors to identify ways to mutually increase business, and conducted market planning sessions. Built strong relationships on all levels within distributors to maximize operational efficiencies, increase Turner market presence, and to achieve Turner’s ratings and distribution benchmarks. Bartered Turner assets for prominent positioning in distributors’ marketing communications to viewers. Secured commercial spots for Turner programing at little or no cost, as well as prime placements for Turner programming in distributor’s consumer marketing communications with values of $200K to $600K in each instance.Secured distributor commitments to participate in Turner network promotions. Established and lead bi-weekly conference calls with each distributor and internal Turner staffers to ensure that project priorities remained on track and on budget, and to resolve miscellaneous open issues.
