She joined RSM LLP, Las Vegas as a Senior Auditor and subsequently held positions as an Audit and Assurance Manager.Besides her experiences in professional accounting firms, she also had served many corporations in senior leadership roles. Industries varied from casino, not-for-profit, F&B, Tech start-ups as well as cryptocurrency infrastructure corporation. She is the very few CPAs who really knows how cryptocurrency accounting works. She believes that an effective wealth model for business owners/entrepreneurs is being able to understand the numbers and integrate them into business operations, as well as financial and estate planning, including effective business exit strategies. Therefore, in 2019, Heather founded Genesis Solutions CPA to assist business owners in planning their financial future from tax to retirement. The firm aims to provide an affordable 'family office' experience, which was previously exclusive to the top wealth.Besides CPA license, she also holds active life and health insurance license, as well as real estate and business broker permit to help her clients going through business transactions.
