That includes, beef, chicken, pork, lamb and Seafood.I analyze inventory to see if shorts will occur then work with our logistics teams an suppliers to ensure that product arrives before we are out of Stock. You cannot sell a product you do not have, nor recover yesterday's sales.I have to run tight inventory to make sure the fresh that we buy does not need to be frozen and then discounted.I routinely go down to the warehouse to ensure fresh dates, correct product in slots and quality of product.
