I am a consultant and facilitator for social impact. I have ten years’ experience in non-profit organizations. I help social entrepreneurs develop systems changing strategies that tackle the root causes of social problems. I facilitate multi-stakeholder groups of civil society organizations, decision-makers, business leaders, to advance collective impact solutions for systems change. I have strong program management skills, having coordinated Ashoka’s pan-European community engagement program, a global team of 20+ people engaging 3000+ change leaders, focused on capacity building and mindset shift for systems change.I provided direct support to 20+ social entrepreneurs refining their social impact strategies; conducted 40+ workshops on systems change for diversified stakeholders, including companies; I co-developed an open-source course titled "Systems Change Masterclass”, a comprehensive journey to develop detailed systems changing strategies.In the past years, I gained expertise in ecosystem development and collective impact, and facilitated multi-stakeholder collaboration groups focused on gender equity, migration, integrated health, democracy - creating bridges between diverse stakeholders (social innovators, philanthropists and business leaders, policy-makers), supporting them in aligning on a systemic mission and promoting collective action. These efforts have resulted in a narrative shift manifesto, position papers, policy recommendations, and a podcast series. In 2021 I served as Co-Chair of the AntiCorruption Working Group of the Civil-20 (C20), coordinating a group of 100+ civil society organization bringing their proposals to the G20.I previously had experiences in various NGOs working in international cooperation and development and at the European Economic and Social Committee in Brussels (EESC). I also took separate university courses on organized crime, and volunteered in organizations fighting corruption and organized crime in Italy. I graduated in International Relations with Economics at the University of Birmingham in the UK. I am originally from Milan and currently based in Pozzuoli (Naples), Italy. I am profoundly feminist, the mother of a toddler and an acting student.
