Using SAP, BW, Excel and Access I create, update and distribute reports on behalf of CEVA Logistics and Volkswagen. The reports I deal with cover anything from Inventory, backorder reports to supplier issues, Returns and Non availability.

I worked as a supply analyst on behalf of Volkswagen were I am responsible for demand forecasting of spare parts, inventory management, supplier management for warehouse and distribution operations providing reverse logistics to over 900 delivery points. I specialised on dealing with Forecasts to recommend stock to be ordered from the main warehouse in Germany. I also dealt with all system issues, Queries for keys, vehicle intelligent parts, Cancellations and Rejections.

I work for Unipart on behalf of a major mobile network provider, my role is to provide key planning information to the operation in order to meet and exceed customer expectations while at the same time developing good working relationships and communication links with supply chain and the client.

Working for Unipart on behalf of a major mobile phone network provider my role was to work with the operation and to monitor and maintain stock availability for client call centers, resolve any issues with orders in the system, provide client reports and to manage and release back-orders to ensure customer delivery expectations were met. For the last 3 months I was seconded for UAT repairs testing and supporting the setup and training for the new eCommerce team.

Working for Arvato on behalf of a major mobile phone network provider my role was to work with 3rd parties to monitor & maintain stock availability for client call centers, provide client reports and to manage & release back-orders to ensure customer delivery expectations were met.
