Mr. Hardy’s performance contracting expertise creatively developed and implemented significant energy conservation projects with Canon Air Force Base in Clovis, New Mexico and the Pantex Facility located in Amarillo, Texas, two key Federal customers. Throughout his career, Mr. Hardy has consulted with more than fifty energy suppliers/providers within the commercial, industrial and federal sector. Prior to consulting, Mr. Hardy was the DSM Manager for Xcel Energy, the parent company of Public Service of Colorado, Southwestern Public Service Company and Northern States Power.
