Focused on M&A, strategic partnerships and building out a culture of excellence in all organizational capacities.Gary grew Cape Medical Supply, a company founded by his parents out of a rented home in Mashpee in 1977, to a regional leader within the HME sector in New England. Built a strong culture of sales and service excellence and a track record of M&A success. Gary led a three way PE backed merger to create Spiro Health. Spiro made two additional acquisitions and grew to service 8 states and DC with a substantial patient base and leadership team, led by Gary as CEO. Spiro Health was acquired by AdaptHealth (NASDAQ: AHCO).Gary was elected to the NewSpring Capital CEO Hall of Fame as a result of the investment returns achieved by NewSpring, the PE sponsor behind the Spiro Health founding and growth. The NewSpring CEO Hall of Fame recognizes portfolio company CEOs who achieve superior investment returns upon successful exit, as measured by MOIC and IRR.Gary rejoined Adapt in June of 2024 as the Senior Advisor to the CEO, working to accelerate performance and continue Adapt's growth and progress as a critical provider of healthcare in the home. Gary was appointed General Manager, SVP of Diabetes in October of 2024.In addition to his healthcare services career, Gary has also served as a member of the board of directors of The Cooperative Bank of Cape Cod since 2010, and was appointed to the Board of Trustees for Cape Cod Healthcare in 2024.Gary is a graduate of Boston College, where he was a 4-year member of the Men's Varsity Ski Team, captaining the team his Senior year. He earned his MBA from Suffolk University and lives on Cape Cod with his wife and son.
