Evaluate quality of service provided to customers and develop procedures to minimize customer complaints. Ensure diplomacy concerning customer service-related concerns. Coach and develop employees and trainees. Identify ways to reduce customer cancellations. Recruit, interview and select personnel needed to efficiently staff all departments of the branch. Evaluate performance, make salary recommendations and administer disciplinary actions. Plan and conduct new hire and on-going training in customer service skills, technical skills, and safety policies and procedures. Supervise six to twelve lawn associates to ensure production and sales goals are met. Maintain positive morale by promoting teamwork. Determine work procedures issuing oral and written instructions. Prepare work schedules and assign and monitor duties. Prepare composite reports from individual reports of subordinates. Prepare and conduct daily and weekly management meetings. Ensure that a safe workplace is provided for both clients and employees through ongoing training and adhering to company policies. Maintain Department of Transportation Pre/Post Trip Inspection daily. Ensure all employees maintain current local, state, and federal licensing as required by law. P&L reports, Monthly and annual budgeting reports, Revenue efficiency,Revenue availability, and Revenue projection reports. Chemical inventory and Chemical usage reports by week and month. Material ordering, Customer counts, O.S.H.A. 300 log, Hazardous waste isposal, Daily fleet safety assessment on twenty eight (28) vehicles when leaving branch and upon return to branch. Ensure each vehicle in the fleet receives, and passes, an annual state inspection and emission test, Yearly state registration of entire fleet.
