Then she effectively became a project manager, driving the execution of verification, including scheduling of test assets (like the test system, vibration tables and thermal chambers). Overall, we asked more of Gina as is typical for an internship position, and she stepped up and met the challenge admirably." and "Gina's internship in my group was anything quite atypical - she began as an assistant junior engineer in our HITL team, but her engineering aptitude and keenness to excel very quickly outgrew that position, so we moved her into a Responsible Test Engineer position.
