The Jaggi Family Office is a Tucson, AZ based Single Family Office established in 2011, to deploy and manage the wealth of G.S. Jaggi known simply as “Jaggi” and his family. The Jaggi Family Office invests in a variety of real estate through Iridius Capital and early-stage technology through Singularity Capital. Jaggi was the founder and CEO of one of the largest privately held mortgage banks in the United States. While acting in this role he began investing in private markets and building his portfolio of companies. Over the last 30 years, he has successfully exited several technology companies in addition to having over 50 exits in the real estate arena. Iridius Capital was founded in 2011 as the real estate arm of the family office. As the Chief Investment Officer, Jaggi has actively overseen the acquisition and development of over $3 billion across all major real estate sectors with a specific focus on build-to-rent (BTR) projects. Singularity Capital was founded as the venture arm of the family office created to provide investors access to early-stage technology companies that will power the future. As the Founder and Managing Partner, Jaggi has leveraged years of experience and a network of expertise to actively oversee multiple funds investing in over 60 companies in 2023 alone. In addition to his roles with Iridius and Singularity Capital, Jaggi serves on the board of NexMetro Communities and MOZAIQ. Jaggi is also a member of the Tiger 21 Family Office Group and supports a variety of charitable interests through the Jaggi Family Foundation.
