Worked with IT leadership from both companies to integrate networks and IT services. • Architected and deployed a multi-site recovery strategy based on disk based replication that leveraged geographic datacenters for recovery.• Designed and implemented a virtual based infrastructure that consolidated a physical server plant into a > 95% virtual server plant across multiple datacenters. • Implemented a new hosting platform for Olson production network that greatly reduced the TCO of labor and capital for client based offering. (Hyper-converged) • Redesigned wireless and guest wireless for Olson and standardized the networks across 5 Olson offices to enable better user experience. • Introduced ADFS (SAML) and single sign-on for cloud hosted applications to remove the requirement for multiple passwords.• Led architectural planning and implementation of hosting environment network segmentation project to assure best security practices.• Implemented Cisco Prime Network Infrastructure appliance for automated device backup, upgrades and patching• Led the redesign of multiple monitoring systems into a consolidated monitoring platform. Built escalation and dependency monitoring to remove false alerts and to ensure the right person was notified of system outages.
