Lead infrastructure systems administration for a 500 person organization across 3 datacenters. Managed architecture, systems and personnel to ensure the availability of a network and server plant of greater than 700 servers. (Hyper-converged) • Redesigned wireless and guest wireless for Olson and standardized the networks across 5 Olson offices to enable better user experience. • Introduced ADFS (SAML) and single sign-on for cloud hosted applications to remove the requirement for multiple passwords.• Led architectural planning and implementation of hosting environment network segmentation project to assure best security practices.• Implemented Cisco Prime Network Infrastructure appliance for automated device backup, upgrades and patching• Led the redesign of multiple monitoring systems into a consolidated monitoring platform.
