Sales Engineer
CurrentSupport the sales team throughout the sales process by identifying solutions for prospective customers based on their needs, working directly with customers to integrate the right solution, providing insights from the sales process to other teams inside the company, and streamlining the sales tools, platforms, and approaches. Strategize and work closely with the Sales team to align on objectives of client meetings, prioritize opportunities and provide technical solution leadership for sales opportunitiesBuild and deliver customized demos to clients, from practical users to executive demonstrations. Such demonstrations should adhere to Marketing and Design standards.Present solution proposals, business benets, competitive advantages, proof of concepts and how imgix solutions can meet clients' current and future needsLead technical scoping sessions with clients to collect, analyze, clarify, and document business requirements. Provide clients with solution proposals, ROI, Mutual Success Plan, and Implementation timelinesServe as a trusted advisor for client accounts and provide practical guidance in the business value of proposed solution, set expectations with clients to ensure customer satisfactionWork closely with the Engineering team, Product team, and other Sales Engineers to strategize on opportunities, cross-training, and knowledge transferHelp maintain and augment our Salesforce CRM platform in order to support and accelerate our evolving sales processEnsure closed won contracts are properly captured in the Salesforce CRM and downstream software and billing tools at the conclusion of the sales process.Build and maintain reports for surfacing critical data from the sales process to the sales team and the executive team.
