Working as part of the strategic and major accounts team I ensure that our financial services accounts grow and retain their Twilio usage.The accounts in my patch often have complex requirements and architectures that require working closely with vendors and supporting Twilio teams to deliver a complete solution.

Working in the Communications EMEA Enterprise SE team, I inspire customers and prospects to solve problems or build cool new things using Twilio technologies. I also work with business champions to imagine what's possible with Twilio. ☎️I drive the sales cycle from a technical perspective and involve specialists from other business units to achieve a technical win for everybody involved.

At New Relic I worked on large international enterprise accounts ranging from FinTechs, to classic financial institutions.One key new business achievement I worked on, one of my last opportunities, was with a large card issuer based in the UK. We were replacing legacy vendors supporting this organisations observability in the move to the cloud. We won by demonstrating how New Relic is best positioned to support their requirements and achieving buy-in from developers, supporting teams and the CTO.Another achievement I was proud of was working with a leading web content SaaS platform and a large developer arm. This existing customer had many technical requirements that weren't being fully served. I worked to build champions in that account and represent them internally to deliver through product a solution that put us in a stronger position with this customer and take out competitive threats. This led to expansion, media opportunities, and gave us a great in with a now referencable customer in the Israel region where we accelerated growth.

After 3 years in my previous position Dynatrace recognised my success in my job and promoted me to Lead Consultant. This role involves much of my previous post with added responsibilities including initially setting up new engagements for more junior colleagues, and being an escalation point when there are technical difficulties encountered by customers and colleagues.

I was a consultant in the Dynatrace Services practice where I worked with Dynatrace's customers and partners in EMEA. This involved delivering work on site with customers and partners, delivering training sessions, and supporting account teams with growth opportunities.

The Professional Development Programme is a comprehensive Dynatrace APM training programme. Graduates of the programme receive 5 months of training with a curriculum spanning from core APM principles to detailed deep-dive Dynatrace technology training.In addition to technology skills, the programme also focuses on Business and Soft Skills to prepare graduates to be effective consultants on customer engagements. PDP graduates acquire their skills through a mixture of formal instruction, labs, mentorship, and peer shadowing. From enrolment to graduation, the PDP member strives to solve and learn from various business and technology related challenges that our customers face on a daily basis.

Working with colleagues in the School of Languages, Linguistics and Film through their digital transformation from legacy systems to a new Moodle based Learning Management System (QMPlus). This involved integrating existing processes and activities with the new LMS and enabling staff for the transition from legacy to new world QMPlus before the new term started (September 2015).

I stood for election as course representative as student body for Queen Mary School of Electronic Engineering and Computer Science, and was duly elected by my peers throughout EECS. I stood on a manifesto to extend laboratory open hours and ensure cleaner laboratory facilities, for which I was successful in both.

On a joint programme between Queen Mary EECS and various London Schools of which I had the honour to work at Highgate School. I enabled young students to become engaged with Computer Science, and ICT teachers to become familiar with a Computer Science curriculum. I did this by leading sessions teaching core components of Computer Science theory and also practical laboratory sessions teaching Lua to younger students, and Python to older students.

Assisting the chief instructor with windsurfing classes, conducting classroom and beach courses for those new to windsurfing or taking part in the RYA 5 day experience classes. The role was temporary and I worked in the sailing season.In my second year I was able to run Windsurfing Foiling First Flights courses myself (4 hour beach classes).
