Recently, I served as an Assistant Branch Manager at Almaya Group in Dubai, where I oversaw branch operations, managed customer interactions, resolved service issues, and ensured overall satisfaction.My journey in hospitality began as a Front Desk Associate at Udai Vilas Palace, Mandawa, where I honed my skills in guest relations and multitasking. I then moved to Tree of Life Resort & Spa, Jaipur, as an Executive-Front Office, where I further developed my abilities in handling guest complaints, requests, and front office services. Following this, I joined The Serai, Jaisalmer, as a Front Office Executive, maximizing room sales, enhancing guest interactions, and maintaining high standards of the brand.Next, I transitioned to Tree of Life Resort & Spa, Varanasi, starting as a Duty Manager and was subsequently promoted to Assistant Manager-Operations. In this role, I managed front desk operations, ensured compliance with SOPs, and enhanced guest experiences. My adaptability and leadership skills were further tested during the pre-opening phase of this luxury resort.At Vivaana Culture Hotel, Mandawa, as Manager-Operations, I coordinated hotel activities and collaborated with directors to uphold service standards, supervised the operations team, and maintained high levels of product and service knowledge to assist guests.Despite a challenging period of unemployment due to the COVID-19 pandemic, I leveraged this time to stay updated on industry trends and maintain readiness for new opportunities.
