Working as part of a distributed team I had to design/implement the onprem -> cloud migration of an existing legacy app

Working with a US West Coast based team on the Live Ops Team, handling Customer issues of all kinds. Currently single handedly supporting over 1 Million lines of code, mostly ASP.NET but a little bit of everything. Big focus on processes and scalability of solutions (so performance is key).

Worked in several web development projects using state-of-the-art Microsoft Technologies including MVC, MVP, Entity Framework, jQuery, etc. Main project was Migrating an old ASP.NET web app to MVC, with some challenges being the code being poorly documented/written and users already used to the system. Got big wins there, slashing process times by orders of magnitude.

I worked as a Senior Developer in Microsoft technologies for a large scale government project, doing support work and also developing new modules for the application.

Started out as a Developer, and then was Technical Leader for groups of up to 10 people. I also had a six months assignment as onsite coordinator of user acceptance testing in Colombia. I spent 2009 in Madrid, Spain working in Sales and in a support project for a Marketing Firm.
