As a board member, of Faith in Deeds, I help with business processes, fundraising, and marketing strategies. Additionally, planning and executing trips to India has been part of my responsibility over the past 9 years as a volunteer.

As the President/CEO of Inroads Analytics, Inc. (d.b.a. Inroads) I executed on a 3-5 year business plan to launch an Ed Tech AI-driven company that became relevant to the market.Leadership/Strategic Planning - For the past four years, I've been entrusted by a board of experienced investors and professionals to lead the organization's operations, product development, marketing, sales, and finances. Engineer - As a seasoned SaaS engineer with more than 20 years of experience, I re-engineered a predictive AI platform acquired from a notable university that addresses the needs of the higher education enrollment environment. Utilizing AWS, Linux, PostgreSQL, PHP, jQuery/JavaScript, and Python, I led a team of developers to build the best-in-class predictive tool (Inroads Analytics Suite).Product Development - As a business visionary, I led the way in developing and launching Inroads Academy, a highly effective consulting and training product that trained and educated more than 700 admissions counselors. Sales/Marketing - Successfully led the sales and marketing efforts of Inroads Analytics to brin go 40+ clients generating more than $500K.

As the President of Imavex, I focused on growth, expansion, and sustainability. In under 4 years, we planned and executed the sell-off of underperforming assets, restructured the organization to be profitable, and expanded our products and expertise into new self-sustaining companies. In an effort to focus on recurring revenue technology and purge a non-sustainable business practice, we successfully sold off the digital and traditional marketing practices for a profit. Secondly, we successfully launched the Streamotor Online Video Platform product into a self-sustaining company called Gideo, LLC. Finally, we achieved the launch of a new organization by raising funds from private investors, secured an exclusive technology license from a well-known university in the state of Indiana, and moved key Imavex personnel to the newly formed Inroads Analytics, Inc.

Successfully generated millions of dollars by visioning, planning, engineering, launching, and supporting multiple profitable web applications that serviced thousands of organizations with millions of end users across multiple industries around the world. Worksite Suite: As the Vice President of Development, I planned, designed, engineered, and launched iWorksite, ClubWorksite and AutoWorksite (Worksite Suite) content management systems. The Worksite Suite utilizes Linux, Apache, MySQL, PHP, HTML, VMS, and JavaScript. The Worksite Suite served as the primary platform to build corporate web applications/websites that integrated with 30+ APIsStreamotor (OVP): Pioneered new territory in the streaming industry by launching Streamotor, an Online Video Platform, that syndicates and monetizes video content to the web and Over The Top devices like ROKU, Apple TV, Fire TV, etc. Under my leadership, in 2010, Streamotor won the TechPoint Mira Award for Innovation. Streamotor (and subsequently Gideo, LLC) is one of only a few preferred developers for Roku, Inc. for Central and South America clients. HVCA Enterprise Web Platform: Led the sales, consulting, engineering, and launch of an enterprise-level website marketing platform for Carrier Corporation. My efforts positioned Imavex to replace an existing vendor which saved Carrier corporation money, created efficiencies and grew the Company brand. Technology Consultant and Expert: As an accomplished consultant and business leader with strong analytical and technical skills, I have led hundreds of requirements gathering and business consulting meetings where millions of dollars were generated or millions of dollars were saved because of my efforts. I have worked on large-scale enterprise-level project charters and specifications documents that provided the foundation for small to enterprise-level projects.
