This included the hiring, deployment and management of Zscaler's government affairs and procurement consultants.• Developed and advance policy positions with industry partners and trade associations to promote "ZeroTrust" principles within public sector agencies network security and cybersecurity strategies.• Enabled collaboration and alignment across the Government Affairs function in support of Zscaler Corporate Responsibility and ESG goals. Additionally, served as a member of Black @ Z Employee Resource Group steering committee and as co-lead for the annual giving subcommittee.

• Appointed by Committee Chairman, Rep. Bennie G. Thompson (MS). Advised senior government officials and Members of Congress on oversight and legislative matters related to national security within the Department of Homeland Security (DHS), the Transportation Security Administration (TSA), and the United States Coast Guard (USCG).• Led the House passage of two measures aimed at increasing the pay, benefits, and rights for front line workers at TSA. The legislation passed the House of Representatives twice, with over 230 co-sponsors each Congress and was endorsed by the Biden Administration. This effort led to a historic 30% average increase in pay for TSA front line workers and expanded workplace rights.• Developed bi-partisan legislation to improve the procurement and deployment of technology for passenger screening at airports throughout the country. The measure also included a set aside for small businesses in support of research and development of technologies under consideration. The bill was introduced in House and reported favorably by the Committee.• Co-led an investigation into the U.S. Coast Guard’s issues with bullying, harassment and retaliation which led to producing a joint staff report with the House Committee on Oversight and Reform. The U.S. Coast Guard agreed to implement all seven recommendations in the report.

• Led the Greater Philadelphia and Delaware Commercial Banking Group activities with direct responsibility of identifying, acquiring and growing new relationships with business customers who generate $5MM to $100MM in annual revenue with credit needs up to $50MM. • Created sales opportunities and partnered with various lines of business to cross sell appropriate business products and services and onboard new clients. • Increased Wells Fargo’s brand relevance for prospective customers and positioned Wells Fargo Business Banking and product partners for new business opportunities through consistent marketing efforts and delivery of value-added ideas and strategies. • Served as a voting member of the Greater Philadelphia/Delaware Philanthropic Contributions Council, partnering with market leaders to support marketing and community engagement efforts in the region.

• Established first city Business Roundtable, Quarterly Federal Delegation and Governor’s meetings with administration to collaborate on initiatives (additional $2.65 million in allocations for city projects; 2015).• Lobbied the State of Delaware and the Department of Labor, which resulted in city representation on state workforce investment board; City of Wilmington received a $110,000 TRAIN (Today’s Reinvestment Around Industry Needs) grant due to lobbying efforts.• Led the City of Wilmington’s first Economic Development Strategic Action Plan. Resolution to endorse the plan by Wilmington City Council being, issued on June 4, 2015 (Resolution 15-032). • Supported city investment portfolio through head and wage tax generation, which contributed an estimated 40% of city general fund dollars from Economic Development office activities. Successes include The Chemours Company, Alpha Technologies Inc, USA and The Delaware Blue Coats (Philadelphia 76ers NBA G League affiliate). • Established and maintained relationships with the city’s business community through initiatives that promoted Wilmington as a national leader for business development and operations.

• Coordinated and maintained the Chief of Staff’s affairs including the management of over 1,000 City of Wilmington employees, daily correspondence and presenting policy changes and updates to key staff. • Managed FY 2014 Administrative Budget Process, which resulted in no tax increases and was approved by City Council on May 31st, 2013.• Led and represented the City of Wilmington in coordinating the 2014 National Conference of Black Political Scientist 45th Annual Meeting.

• Served as the Senator’s personal aide. Task included managing the Senator’s daily schedule, correspondence and memorandum preparation for events and meetings.• Supported community outreach efforts serving as a liaison for organizations and managing the Senator’s philanthropic activities. • Director of the District Senate Offices Internship Program, hiring six interns during that tenure that transitioned to full time staff.
