Under the general direction of the Manager of Technical Infrastructure, the Manager of IT Tech Services is a highly customer service driven, and detail oriented individual responsible for ensuring that IT services are provided and supported effectively and efficiently, with the primary emphasis on meeting and exceeding customer expectations. Manages the day-to-day operations of the technical Service’s Team which includes the 2 Service Desk Technicians and 4 Technical Specialists, while providing technical support and solutions for internal and external customers. Responsibilities include incident prioritization, resolution of end user requests, reporting, ITIL incident management best practices, and socialization of these procedures to the team and supported customers. Demonstrate leadership ability during high-pressure situations, while interacting with customers, peers, contractors, and executive leadership via phone, email, instant messaging, self-service and walk-in contact methods. Is also responsible for the Budgeting, Procurement, configuration, and coordination of 900 IT related assets annually. REPORTS TO: Manager of Technical InfrastructureSUPERVISES: 2 Infrastructure Service Desk Technicians, 4 Infrastructure Technicians. With potential for growth.

Information Technology Coordinators (ITC) are currently in place in all Nestlé locations throughout the United States. ITC's coordinate implementation of new technology, purchase hardware & software, and request infrastructure access and disables for their business units. Processes the approval of moves, adds, and changes of end user access to system resources. Purchasing of new approved standard computer hardware, accessories, software licenses and peripherals. Processes moves, adds, and changes of any IT equipment on behalf of the Business Unit/Department. Report these moves, adds, and changes of any IT equipment to Asset Management, ensuring the accuracy of their IT Capital Inventory. Provides instructions to the Business Unit/Department customers on what process to follow if any business requirements need IT hardware/software/architecture implementation support. Represents the business unit at ITC conferences and meetings.

Leads DSS team members, third parties, and technology counterparts in the implementation and integration of solutions for end users and IT teams.Works across internal and external resources to resolve technical challenges across multiple IT transition and transformation projects. Responsible for system configuration, systems/change management, and operational deployment of technology solution(s).Coordinates with various Deskside support teams to define and implement procedures and tools required to provide proactive availability of IT services to end user community for Novartis Consumer Heath.Acts as a second or third level support resource for the technology solution(s) to centralized Help Desk support.
